HOW CAN I JOIN THIS PROJECT AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
THERE ARE ONLY THREE STEPS:
1. JOIN US (OR USE FORUM)
2. ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE
3: GO TO EXCHANGE
WHAT DOES THE TYPICAL EXCHANGE LOOK LIKE?
The typical exchange which we recommend looks like this:
1. You find a suitable person, write with each other, get to know each other
2. You and your new friend arrange an exchange
3. You go to your friend's country and spend some time (1-4 weeks) with him in his country, you stay at his house. Your friend should: get you a room or a bed, provide you a meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). He should include you into his typical life, show you his town and culture.
4. After that your friend goes to your country and it's the same as in 3.
5. Your friend leaves and your exchange ends.
You don't pay neither for accommodation nor for food, because you will provide it to your friend later (exchange includes that)

You can add your own request and
allow people to contact you (write something about yourself, your contact, what do you want...). Then you can see requests of other people and contact them. You don't have to arrange an exchange only, you can just talk about something, etc.

Foreign exchange is something what can change your life. It's something what you will never forget, because it's amazing experience. You go to some country which you don't know, and you live there for some time. You meet new people, discover a new culture, eat new food, use some languages....

What We Offer
This website is free, so you pay no money for our service. We allow you to find a suitable person for some exchange. What will the exchange look like? It's your decision, we don't organize anything. So you and your friend must organize your exchange. But our project is for people who want a language exchange stay in some foreign country.
About the project
Welcome to International People Exchange. This project is something extraordinary, because it allows you to find someone to foreign exchange/language exchange stay (you go to someone's country and he goes to yours). And it's free. You and your friend arrange an exchange all by yourselves. There is a lot of websites to find a penpal, but this project is something more. There are more options. You can send us an email with informations about you and about person you are looking for and we'll find you a suitable person. Then there is a social forum which allows you to share informations about you with everybody, contact someone, etc. Then there is a list of members where you can choose someone and we'll give you a contact to him. ABOUT US
THE IDEA
I decided to create this website, because I want to allow people to find someone to write with, to improve language skills, to experience an incredible adventure, which you'll never forget. I saw a lot of pages organizing these exchanges to foreign countries, but they weren't free at all. I don't want people to pay a lot of money to websites, because it's possible to arrange an exchange without them. So I created this free website just to find a right person.
There are more options. You can join us, write us a message and you'll receive a contact to suitable person, which we choose based on your request. Then you can join the social forum and put your request on it, so everybody can see it and reply. On forum, you can also reply to other people's requests, of course. There is also a list of members where you can choose someone. You can't contact him unless you join us. Then you can write us his name and we will give you his contact.
This website is dedicated mainly to arranging exchanges, but you can find there someone just to write with, etc. There are also some useful articles about languages, countries and if you want you can write us about your exchange (if you've done it) and we will publish it.
